Yes. Your engineer is an experienced professional podcast producer. They will be with you every step of the way taking care of all of the production so you can focus on your podcast.

Yes. We can connect your guest using Zoom, Skype, Riverside or another meeting platform. If your remote guest has a web camera we can get their video on the podcast as well. Choose the Add Remote Guest option during booking.

9 am to 10pm - 7 days a week. We’re open most holidays. You can book sessions up to 24 hours in advance.

Your files are emailed to you within 48 hours via a cloud links for you download. We’ll send Mp4 (if its a video session), and Wav files. If you prefer you can bring an SSD hard drive to get the files immediately after the session.

Yes. 4k is an option for your video session. If you’d like to record your session in 4k, please advise your engineer ahead of time. Be warned 4K files are much larger than Full HD. It is suggested to bring a hard drive so we may directly transfer the large files to you.

We can provide editing services for you, including social clips. Since each recording is different, we can not quote that ahead of time. Each of our in studio producers/engineers is well versed in editing and can give you a quote. The added advantage is that they were there for your session, so the editing can be much quicker.

We make sure there is a 15 minute buffer before and after all podcasts to allow the engineer to change over the studio for each podcast. If you go over a little bit, it’s all good. Please be mindful of wrapping up on time so as not to run into the next podcaster’s session. If your session runs more than 15 minutes over, an additional charge will be added to your session.

We try to be as lenient on time as possible. If you start late, we will try to get you your full hour of recording. However, if there is a podcast scheduled after you, we have to change over the room and stop recording on time to get ready for the next podcast. If you think you’re gonna start super late, let your engineer know ASAP, and it may be best to simply reschedule.

Bring any notes or production elements that you would like to use during your recording. We take care of all the production top to bottom so you don’t have to worry about any of that. Your engineer will coordinate with you the day before the session to get any files needed for your show. Other than that you can bring a good attitude, and you’re all set!

You can reschedule anytime you’d like using the “reschedule” link in your booking confirmation email. If you need to reschedule a session less than 48 hours in advance you’ll need to call or email us to reschedule, and we charge a $40 late reschedule fee

You are always welcome to reschedule a cancelled session. See our rescheduling policy for more info there. If your session is canceled less than between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time, we will consider allowing for a reschedule with the reschedule fee.

In order to ensure that we have staff available to engineer your session, you need to book 36 hours ahead of the session. The online system will not allow you to book less than 36 hours before the requested time.

Tours are difficult to arrange as we have staff at the studio for sessions only. We can sometimes accommodate a brief look at the studio before or after a client session, depending on schedule.
